Clockwork Voltage: Modul@r meetings

Join us next week for a Modul@r meeting!

17 June 2026 | 6 – 10 PM @ osmo/za, Litijska 38, 1000 Ljubljana

Together with the Clockwork Voltage community, we are starting a series of gatherings connecting enthusiasts of the modular synthesis world. The meetups are designed for patching together new connections and friendships, sharing knowledge, encouraging anyone curious about modular synthesis, tackling more complex patches, and proudly showcasing the latest DIY creations!

In addition to a hands-on introduction to modular synthesis and opportunities to play with Eurorack synths that have been built over the years with the help of Modul@rnice participants. Anyone interested will have the chance to patch a basic patch for the first time, and explore the sonic possibilities of Eurorack systems!

Members of the Clockwork Voltage community will also contribute to the atmosphere, and who knows, it might even turn into a mini marathon session.

Mentor

Clockwork Voltage meetings connect the Slovenian community united by enthusiasm for modular synthesizers with a beautiful number of creators active in various fields of art. The name of the community is an anagram of the title of the film by director Stanley Kubrick, A Clockwork Orange. “Clock” is one of the basic elements of composing with modular synthesis, driving the change of output voltages.

The purpose of the community is primarily to promote live concerts. It fills the gap of live performances, which require extensive experience and knowledge for successful live execution. The breadth of the community is also represented by the first compilation, Happy Little Voltages, which aims to promote domestic production and features 17 local musicians. The release offers a listening marathon and insight into current production with modular synthesizers, showcasing a wide spectrum of expression.

In addition to Eurorack modules, the community also uses other formats like Buchla, Ciant-Lombarde, and a very wide range of DIY analog instruments and vintage sound synthesizers.
