You are kindly invited to the closing event of PIFresidency: Flavours of Transformation: Art, Food and Identity as Seasons of Play

Over the past month, we have cooked, tasted, read, and reflected our way through the four seasons of life: childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and old age. Each gathering offered not just flavors, but insights — from the playfulness and curiosity of youth, to the patience and care of adulthood, to the grace of letting go in old age.
In this closing event, we will review these threads together. Join us for an evening of conversation, shared tastings, and reflections from the residency.

Everyone is invited to contribute to our shared table. If you want to bring a few portions of food or drink to share please feel free to let us know at delavnice@projekt-atol.si. This could be something fermented together, a food item you really like and want to share or something you’ve picked up on the way 🙂

Mentor
Fransisca Tan is an Austrian food experience designer, blending her expertise in cognitive sciences, communication, gastronomy, and IT. With a deep-rooted passion for exploring and creating transformative human experiences, Fransisca uses the multisensory power of food as her canvas. As an artist, creative producer, and international project manager, she aspires to bring together people from all walks of life and to highlight the value of community, collaboration, and compassion. She creates somatic experiences such as ice cream interventions, sensory grounding, and food meditations. Her second nature as a facilitator is reflected in her strong belief in a community arts approach and in creating opportunities to find inspiration through engaging with art using all our senses.

Note: The event was shifted from Saturday to Friday! And it will happen in osmo/za (8th floor, Slovenska cesta 54, 1000 Ljubljana)
