Conversation with Natália Sýkorová
MGLC Švicarija, Pod turnom 4, 1000 Ljubljana
27 March 2026
Join us for a conversation with artist Natália Sýkorová on Friday, March 27, at 7:00 p.m. in the Švicarija Hall (MGLC).
Natália Sýkorová is an artist whose practice engages with the intersection of technological and ecological questions. Her multilayered projects emerge as ecologies in which performance, sculpture, embodied speculation, role-playing methodologies, technological and other interfaces, sound, and non-linear storytelling interweave – and which frequently also serve as points of departure and spaces for collaboration with others.
The conversation will introduce the questions and approaches that underpin her work and broader inquiry into how knowledge ~ and futures ~ can be produced differently and ask how artistic practices can disrupt dominant and model alternative narratives of futurity. The conversation, which also serves as an introduction to a collective exhibition project to be shown in the autumn at Švicarija, will be moderated by Tjaša Pogačar.
